Please create a Life/account on www.nephrologycampus.com. Once your account has been created you can register for the Life/2021 congress by selecting registration on the top banner in the congress tab or via your account by clicking Life/2021 congress registration. Registration for the congress will be open until September 18th, 2 P.M.

Yes. Due to the changed type of event, the Life/2021 congress is based on a different platform as Life/2020 and a registration for Life/2021 is mandatory for participation.

No, congress participation is openly accessible. However, if you wish to receive CME points, a CME certification handling fee of 15 EUR will become due.

The congress is open for everybody interested in nephrology. You are welcome to join the Life/2021 nephrology campus whether you are a nephrologist, physician, clinician, resident, scientist, pharmacist, medical student, nurse or otherwise curious about the latest trends in nephrology.

Life/2021 is an educational program chaired by Prof. C. Wanner, University Hospital Würzburg, Prof. P. Stenvinkel, Karolinska Institute Stockholm and empowered by an educational grant of Fresenius medical care.

The entire congress will be held in English. There won’t be subtitles or translations for the live talks.

The congress is planned as a virtual symposium.

Recordings of the sessions can be found up to 8 weeks in the nephrology campus library.

The User may cancel the registration to the Congress at any time.

Any termination and cancellation must be done in writing to the Congress Organization Team via email support@nephrologycampus.com. The CME Certification Handling Fee, if already paid at the time of the cancellation, will be repaid to the User only if cancellation has been declared the latest until 1 September 2021, 24 hrs. Any cancellation thereafter will not entitle the User to receive repayment of the CME Certification Handling Fee.

European CME credits (ECMEC®s)

The Life/2021 nephrology congress has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 13 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

The Life/2021 nephrology congress has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 13 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

In the registration process the User must indicate whether the User wishes to receive a confirmation about the awarded European CME Credits (ECMEC®s) for his/her attendance at this event by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) or not.

Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the feedback form.

Please write an e-mail to support@nephrologycampus.com and we will manually change the indication for you. Please be aware that changes are only possible until September 14 , 5 p.m. CEST.

A certificate of attendance will be granted only in combination with the CME Certification. If you wish receive a certificate of attendance please choose “I wish to receive CME points” during the registration process and pay the CME Certification Handling Fee of 15 EUR.

After receiving a certificate of attendance, the User is free to submit the certificate to their respective medical association or body for recognition of the training.

Neither FME nor the Chairmen warrant and/or guarantee that the certificate of attendance will be recognized and credited to the User’s CME obligation by the User’s respective medical association or body.

The decision on the recognition of the Course is incumbent exclusively on the medical association or body responsible for the User.
